Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Luma LED TXL series white strobe warning light. This strobe warning light increases overall safety, it's ideal for construction fleets or emergency vehicles.The light output is produced by six LEDs with TIR optics. This is one of the brightest LEDs surface mounts in its class. The LEDs have 100,000 hour lifespans to them so it's gonna last a long time. Now LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights, they last longer, burn brighter, and they're much more efficient, you don't have to worry about changing bulbs and you don't have to worry about brittle filaments.This compact light can operate as a single unit or with multiple light heads synchronized with 10 flash patterns. Additional lights are sold separately and the flash patterns can easily be controlled with a compatible switch, the switch is not included.This unit features a clear, polycarbonate lens with an IP67 waterproof rating and it has a dicast aluminum housing with a black powder coated finish.

It's very strong and durable and does a great job at resisting rust and corrosion. It mounts on the surface of the vehicle or of your application, it does come with mounting hardware and a mounting gasket.When it comes to the wiring it's a four wire design, so the red wire is your main power wire, black wire is your ground wire, the yellow wire is for synchronization or changing the flash pattern, and the green wire is for A synchronization which means that it allows the flash pattern to alternate between multiple lights.When it comes to certification it's SAE, J595, R65 and R10 certified. Take a look at the dimensions and then we're gonna hook it up to power that way you can see what it looks like with power running to it. Overall length of this light is four and three-quarter inches, overall height is an inch and a quarter, and the overall depth or thickness is only a half inch.Now the installation area does require a three-quarter inch diameter hole that is needed at the installation area for the wires to pass through and then your mount holes, there's two of them, those are separated on center by four and one-quarter inches. When it comes to the wattage we're looking at 18 watts and the operating temperature is negative 22 degrees fahrenheit to positive 122 degrees fahrenheit.We're gonna go and hook it up to power that way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it.

I do want to point out that with this unit there is no solid pattern so all of them are flashing or strobe patterns. Now I'll turn off the overhead lights here in a moment but I do want to mention that the operating voltage is 10 volts to 30 volts DC so the power draw at 12 volts is 0.57 amps and at 24 volts is 0.31 amps.This is one of the flash patters, again there's 10 of them so I will cycle through. This would be number one, number two, number three, number four, number five, number six, number seven, eight, nine, and there's 10. Then we'll be back to where we started. Very bright light, again six LEDs produces the light output.It comes with a warranty on it, it does come with a lifetime warranty.
